Station X

Jesus is stripped of his garments.

As the clothes are ripped from him in front of the mob, Jesus is stripped of his humanity. Now he is the lamb, mute before his shearers, ready for the sacrifice.

We adore you, O Christ, and we bless you, because by your holy cross you have redeemed the world.
